my english is not so good in this teckhnikal part, but i try, ask if you dont understand me.
I have not moved anything in the program after installing it.
and i think, that you not have to uninstall - but you schould make a repair installation føst an see if that fix the problem
if not, i will uninstall and try again.

I called the Bernina Software phone number I have used in the past --then found out that OESD no longer supports the Bernina Software. They only support the Magic Box and Explorations.

To get any help now one must go to this site:

there you must submit a question and wait for them to reply via email. :thumbdown:

I will let you all know when/what the reply is. On the site it states that replies will be made within one business day. Will wait and see :!:

Glynda, that is definitely the problem. When you click an option like carving stamps it is set to look for a specific directory. I'll see if I can figure out how to reset this.
